Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new look, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns on all unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, swimwear must be returned with the protective adhesive strip intact.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unworn garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels and hygiene seals are still attached.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
